1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and crickwx ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the crickwx website or its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any amendments published from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using crickwx and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. crickwx reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform homepage or by email to the address registered on your account.

These Terms are written in English and are binding in that language. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to, and use of, the crickwx Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person of at least 18 years of age. crickwx is strictly an 18+ platform. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of crickwx.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, business entity, or third party when registering or placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of crickwx, nor are you a close family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from crickwx or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list that applies to online gambling platforms.

crickwx takes its age verification obligations seriously. At the time of your first withdrawal request — and at any other point we deem necessary — you may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document to verify your age and identity. Until such verification is completed to our satisfaction, withdrawals may be withheld and certain features may be restricted on your account.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) account on crickwx. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where crickwx identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether detected through shared device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment method details, personal information, or any other means — it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and withhold funds pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your crickwx account, including your full legal name as it appears on your NID, a valid email address, date of birth, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. crickwx will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify us immediately at support@crickwx if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. crickwx cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

crickwx operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practice. You may be asked to submit identity, address, and source-of-funds documentation before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

crickwx supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). crickwx does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at crickwx is ৳300 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger an enhanced due-diligence review under our KYC procedures.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This anti-money-laundering measure is applied consistently across all accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) business days depending on your bank.

4.4 Prohibited Funds

You must not deposit funds that originate from criminal activity, fraud, or any illegal source. You must only deposit funds that you legitimately own. crickwx reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks on any account and to freeze or return funds where we have reasonable grounds to suspect they are of illicit origin.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

crickwx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a player's first deposit, seasonal promotions tied to BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other events, and ongoing loyalty rewards for active players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. One welcome bonus per person, household, device, and IP address.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• crickwx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where abuse or exploitation of a promotional offer is suspected.
• Certain game types (for example, live dealer tables) may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering conditions, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

crickwx monitors bonus activity to identify patterns of abuse, including but not limited to bonus hunting, collusion between accounts, use of automated betting strategies to exploit promotional terms, and deliberately exploiting errors or loopholes. Where such behaviour is identified, crickwx reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the account concerned.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on crickwx are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of every bet — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. crickwx will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet on the basis of user error unless there is a demonstrable system malfunction on our side.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds and markets are published in good faith and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. crickwx reserves the right to suspend or close any market at its discretion, particularly in response to events that may affect the integrity of a sporting contest. Where a market is suspended after a bet has been accepted, those bets remain valid unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Void Bets

crickwx may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play to produce a result; the odds were published in error due to a technical malfunction or human error that resulted in a materially incorrect price; match-fixing or corruption is suspected and substantiated by a governing body; or the bet was placed after the relevant event outcome was already known (in-play betting fraud).

6.4 Casino and Slot Game Rules

Games provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-provider rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by law. All casino games on crickwx use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the crickwx Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all pending bets and bonus balances, withholding of withdrawable funds pending investigation, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account without their express authorisation.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity, age, or payment documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to exploit promotions, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage at table games or live casino.
• Exploiting software errors, system bugs, or technical malfunctions to place bets at incorrect odds or game states.
• Engaging in money laundering, depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party, or structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the crickwx platform, interfere with its infrastructure, or introduce malicious code of any kind.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing crickwx staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform.

crickwx employs a dedicated fraud prevention and compliance team that monitors all account activity continuously. Where unusual patterns are detected — including abnormal betting sequences, payment velocity anomalies, or device fingerprint matches to previously closed accounts — accounts may be placed under review and activity temporarily restricted pending investigation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally where fraud or criminal activity is suspected.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the User

You may close your crickwx account at any time by contacting our support team at support@crickwx. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (subject to cleared and verified status) will be returned to your nominated payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no withdrawable funds are subject to an active investigation. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by crickwx

crickwx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where: a breach of these Terms has been established or is under investigation; KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period; fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected; or the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of account closure where circumstances permit, except where immediate action is required to protect the integrity of the Platform or prevent further harm.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the responsible gaming controls within your account settings or by contacting support@crickwx directly. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the selected period. For permanent self-exclusion, the closure is irreversible. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. crickwx will notify you by email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower). You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and contacting support, at which point no further dormancy fees will apply.

9 Additional Legal Provisions

9.1 Intellectual Property

All content on crickwx — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, game interfaces, written content, and software code — is the intellectual property of crickwx or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, copy, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crickwx, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses resulting from technical downtime, network failures, or third-party service interruptions. Our total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to crickwx. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy. We apply 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions and follow industry-standard data security practices to protect your personal information.

9.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are drafted and intended to be interpreted as a fair and reasonable agreement between crickwx and its users. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at support@crickwx so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. crickwx is committed to addressing player complaints in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.

9.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

9.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on crickwx, constitute the entire agreement between you and crickwx with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
